My approach

I provide an empathic, safe and compassionate environment while we work together through the struggles you are dealing with. I believe that in order to change you first need to feel understood.

I use the cognitive behavioral therapy approach where we try to change how you feel by changing what you do and how you think. My main areas of focus are eating disorders and body image, but I work with other problems as well. For your individual case, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
