Hi, I'm Aistė. I grew up in Lithuania and I'm living in Ghent, Belgium. After working in research in behavioral finance for 4 years, I decided to go back to study something that I felt very passionate about for the longest time - psychology. After finishing my master's degree, I began my 4-year CBT psychotherapy training and I'm very glad to help you with the issues you are facing. I can provide therapy in English, French or Lithuanian.
My goal in couples therapy is to help you create a relationship that is connected, fun, intimate, and deeply satisfying. Using the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach, I guide couples towards better understanding, empathy, and closeness within their relationship. This method combines therapeutic interventions with practical exercises, helping you and your partner break down barriers to effective communication, increase intimacy, and foster interpersonal growth.

Whether you are navigating personal struggles, emotional pain, or seeking deeper self-awareness, our sessions are designed to provide the understanding and support you need to heal and grow.
